General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c). Beds, cots, and mats shall be assigned and labeled for use by an individual child and equipped with individual linens.
Observed children sleeping on mats without sheets. Needs sheets.
15A NCAC 18A .2821 (b). Cribs and play pens used for sleeping shall be kept clean and equipped with a firm, tight-fitting mattress made of waterproof, washable material at least two inches thick.
Observed no mattress in crib but rather just a pad less than 2 inches thick. Needs a firm, tight-fitting mattress 2 inches thick. |
