-*29. No Points Deducted-CRITICAL: Observed the laundry room door open with bleach present inside, and the kitchen gate open as well. Keep the laundry room door locked when chemicals are present or remove the chemicals to another locked area.

Observed the lights in the ceiling fans (except in the master childcare room) not shielded nor shatterproof. Provide shielded or shatterproof lights for all childcare areas (kitchen, storage, areas where the children are, etc).
