Observed some food debris and water buildup in prep room. Past leak at 3 comp sink has been repaired since last inspection. Water buildup due to water hose spray down of floors before inspection. Recommended employee squeegee more water into floor drain got prevent microbial growth or pest harborage due to standing water, |
