Observed TCS items in prep room reach-in dated incorrectly, indicating prep date as 4/30 and discard date past 7 day expiration. Electronic date marking system was observed by EHS and PIC to be inconsistent with packing date and expiration date. CDI-PIC fixed date marks on food prepared today and will address date marking inconsistencies. No food was past discard date.
Ensure date marking log book is kept up to date.
