Observed slow draining wet bar sinks in 735 and 433.Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).30. -Observed multiple storage closets with boxes of toilet paper and other items stored on the floor.-Observed shelves in the laundry room in need of painting or sealing. (Shelves are raw wood).Cabinets, shelves, and storage rooms shall be constructed to facilitate cleaning and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b).33. Observed a heavy amount of garbage, residue, and flies collected at the base of the garbage compacter. Clean.Garbage and trash storage containers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).*********Ensure ALL items listed on Transitional Visit on 10/28/2015 are corrected by 1/26/2016.
