4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed food debris on chopper, and utensils stored as clean. Utensils were placed in red containers with debris on them. CDI - EHS and PIC moved chopper and utensils to be cleaned. PIC and EHS discussed cleaning red containers and ensuring they were clean to prevent debris from contaminating clean utensils.
