Observed employee place a wet cutting board with sanitizer on it and start preparing to cut fresh fruit. Ensure the cutting board is completely dry before using to prevent contamination of the food source. Cutting board removed and a dry one replaced at location. |

Clean the circle scales in the produce market area and the end cap sreen guards. Clean the walk-in-cooler walls along the seals and cooler door jambs. Microbial growth present on walk incooler walls, ceiling, seams along the ceiling and the walk-in-cooler doors, gaskets and jams. Clean along the wrapper station and attachments. Clean the compressor units and vent filter grills with observed dust build-up. Clean the rolling cart trails and the shelf lines. Equipment surfaces are to be clean.

Clean the area around the dumpster receptacles. Build up observed on the grounds with trash bags resting inside shopping carts. One Dumpster observed where business trash imputed mount may require two. Ensure the current receptacle has a tight fitting lid. Lid observed in need of repair. Reach out to the servicer and request for a new lid or receptacle .
