Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed build up around water fountain surfaces, crevices, spouts throughout the school. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean. Observed 2 disrepair water fountains in the middle of hallway 2nd floor. Repair needed and keep them working. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained on ceiling tiles on several part pf the school. Check for leaks, if repair needed. Replace the ceiling tiles. Keep clean. Observed dead bugs inside the light shield cover need cleaning. Keep clean. |
