Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed brown and pink build up around water fountain surfaces, crevices in front of women staff restroom 2nd floor. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean. Observed disrepair water fountains in the middle of hallway 2nd floor. Repair needed and keep them working. |

Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed several faucets/soap dispensers in restrooms throughout, not working. Observed dysfunctional urinal covered with white plastic bag on 1st floor, men restroom. Repair needed and keep working.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap or paper towels not available due to dysfunctional devices to dispense it. (Women restroom staff, men and women restroom hallway 2nd floor). Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |
