All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed plastic light shields located in restrooms throughout school building either, missing, cracked, or in need or repair.
