General Comments

Ms. Gillis was present during the inspection. NO POINTS WERE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 5. Observed a pedestal sink was detached from the wall in a 1st floor staff restroom. Secure sink, and re-caulk. 7. Observed food/drinks/ and single service cups and plates were strored on the floor in the PTO closet. **Keep all stored items above the floor at least 15 inches.

Observed disinfectant wipes and bulk supplies of hand sanitizer within reach of the students (REPEAT); the door to the science lab storage room was not locked and contained solvents and other chemicals for experiments. Keep storage areas containing toxic substances locked when not in use. Keep hazardous cleaning supplies out of reach of children as directed on product labels.
