Observed a water fountain with very low water pressure on the 2nd floor. **Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). |

Repeat Non-compliance - Observed disinfectant wipes, Lysol, and aerosol air fresheners were stored within the reach of students throughout the building, and a can of aerosol Raid stored on a window sill in the science lab. **Store hazardous chemicals out of reach of children as read on product labels or store behind lock and key.
Observed several chemical bottles were not labeled in the custodian closets. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
NOTE: Remove fallen tree limb from recess area, and barricade the demolition/construction at the fountain area. |
