3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed boxes of chicken patties, sweet potato fries, and cheese pizza on floor of walk in freezer. Observed that delivery came just as inspection was starting and all employees were serving food. Note: No delivery temps were taken but foods were frozen solid to the touch. PIC had employees putting food on shelves as inspection ended. No points off. |
