General CommentsREHS and PIC discussed alternative options for pest control during inspection. School district currently operates with a singular pest control employee. REHS suggested requesting extra pest traps to keep on site in between pest control visits to allow kitchen staff to change out traps as needed. More thorough pest control plan may be necessary to correct future pest violations. Repair of dish machine to preclude pest harborage may prove beneficial to pest control plan.
