Observed lactaid milk in dorm size refrigerator in the Yellow Room labeled with child's name but no date. **Label all food brought from home with the child’s name and the date that the food was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (f) 34. Observed dust/debris build up on large interactive play equipment in the Yellow Room. Needs to be cleaned more frequently. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Chrissy Bassler was present during the inspection.
