General CommentsEstablishment uses TPHC for all Food Stations. All raw proteins are fully cooked During the inspection, EHS noticed a very large grill and prep area in the outside courtyard. All surfaces and grill were uncovered. Managers stated that this was newly built and they want to use roll-out hot boxes, coolers and portable hand sink while grilling. They are hoping to start using this area in April. EHS informed managers that this would not be allowed for food prep unless they are approved for the Grill Bill. Please contact Environmental Health (704-980-1620) to request a visit from an in-field Permitting Senior.
