4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. - Dish machine is inoperable. Facility serves on single service, but the dishes are constantly piling up and the dish employee cannot keep up. Fix dish machine ASAP.
Observed the floor peeling up in the meat walk in cooler. Repair floor.
*During the inspection, the EHS noticed the water at the 3 comp sink was coming out brown. PIC ran water to flush the sinks out and called maintenance,. Maintenance said it was an issue with the boiler. Maintenance is currently working on the situation; PIC will cal 311 and ask for assistance if need be. |
