with begin and end times. All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf Facility was holding blanched fries at
room temperature under tphc. The timer used for the fries was not turned on while fries were going through a time hold. CDI- Timer was turned on and tested during the inspection. REPEAT 2 points. |
