General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key.- Observed bug spray stored inside the first aid kit bag hanging up 5ft along side with sunscreen/lotion in preschool room. Observed air freshener spray stored on the shelf in toddler restroom. Keep all hazardous items that has labeled “Keep out of reach of children” and/or extra “caution/warning” in a lock cabinet at all times. |

15A NCAC 18A .2820 (f). Coat hooks not in individual cubbies or lockers must be 12 horizontal inches apart.- Observed in preschool room individual bags that goes home and come back to classroom are hanging on the hooks less than 12” apart. Items are touching and over lapping each other. Keep all individual items separate and not allow contact while storing at anytime. |
