NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #28 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed Benadryl liquid being stored in a high, unlocked cabinet. EHS explained that though Benadryl can be used in an emergency situation, it is not considered emergency medication and must be stored behind lock and key. Director placed tupperware with medicine in it on the top shelf in locked cabinet. Critical violation #8 has been resolved where center has switched to single-service articles only.
