3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed sliced ham in WIC dated 4-6 to 4-19 and 4-7 to 4-19. Observed label machine printing labels for ham with 11 day date mark. CDI - PIC voluntarily discarded out-of-date ham and will manually write in 7 day date marks until label machine has been adjusted. VR.
