Aerosol can was placed in locked cabinet. CRITICAL VIOLATION. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 32. Observed one mat torn in Primary 7. mat was replaced. **Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). NOTE: Water sample was collected on 12/28/20 but the results are not showing on the Clean Water for Carolina Kids website. Verified with Director that the sample was collected.
