NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol and cleaner stored on shelving in reach of children in classrooms throughout school building. EHS advises school to store hazardous items according to manufacturers guidance that states, "keep out of reach of children". *NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Hemphill was present during time of inspection.
