General Comment: #5. Observed opened package of crackers in kitchen cabinet. Package of crackers placed in sealable container at time of inspection.***Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) #21. Observed faucet fixture on hand washing sink in bathrooms starting to pit. Monitor and replace faucet fixture on hand washing sink if needed. Observed toilet training seat stored on the floor in bathroom. Recommend installing a hook on wall so toilet training seat will not have to be stored directly on the floor.****Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #37. Touch-up paint spot on wall behind area where blue chairs are stored in classroom area. Observed broken door stopper on base of wall behind classroom door leading out into hallway area. Recommend replacing door stopper and replacing with a hinge door stopper. Ms. Latasha Watkins present at time of inspection.
