General Comments#3.Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Wipe/clean mouth guard on water fountains that are not being used. #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Touch-up paint throughout in classrooms where needed; if needed. Wipe/clean lower section of wall under computer desk from where students place their feet on the lower section of wall. Monitor crack in wall near girls bathroom from building settling and repair and repaint. #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Remove three boxes from the floor in storage room. Thanks for providing shelving in storage room. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Replace blown light bulbs in light fixtures in classrooms where needed. #10. Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b). Contact property manager to have dumpsters with damaged lids replaced.
