General Comments: #5. Tighten loose faucet fixtures on hand washing sinks in boys bathroom.**Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #8. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture in custodian closet and room#6.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #10. Clean grounds around dumpster within dumpster corral. School has been closed for th last two week and people from the neighborhood is throwing bags of trash in locked dumpster corral area.**All solid waste shall be disposed of in an approved landfill or by a method approved by the Department in accordance with state laws and rules. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (c).
