Observed holes in wall in can wash room. Patch holes in wall and reattach shelving to wall in can wash room. Touch-up paint wall throughout in classrooms. Monitor water stained ceiling tiles and repair any roof leaks if needed.

Observed grounds around dumpster, dumpster corral and fencing along back side of property littered with trash and debris. Clean grounds around dumpster, dumpster corral and along fencing. Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). General Comment: #3. Observed the two water fountains near girls bathroom not operating---->school is using a water cooler to supply water to students. #4. WIpe/clean wall under hand drying devices in both girls and boys bathroom. Touch-up paint chipped spot on wall in boys bathroom. Mr. Isael Villafane(principal) present at time of inspection. |
