Patch small hole in wall in girls bathroom in last bathroom stall and repaint. Provide a door stopper behind janitor/custodian closet door. Wipe/clean lower section of wall under computer desk in rooms. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. GENERAL COMMENT: Observed container of Lysol air freshener stored on back of toilet tank in girls bathroom. Store cleaning products/hazardous products locked away.
