Handwash sink at the serve line on memory care side did not have paper towels at time of inspection. Ensure that each handwash sink is correctly stocked with handsoap, hand drying provisions, and hot and cold water available. CDI: paper towels were provided during inspection.
Paper towels were provided on other serve line as well. |
