*REPEAT* 6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. *Observed - Baseboards at kitchen entryway and baseboards at dish entryway broken and missing in need of repair.
Points deducted remain the same due to improvement. PIC states that repairs were scheduled to be completed until storm occurred. Repairs will be completed soon according to PIC. |
