VGB main drain information on PDSC form approved 6/8/15 is incorrect. Pool has 2 main drains. Observed Waterway 640-231x covers on main drains today.
** S. Hegler (Chief Engineer/ Facility Director) stated that the main drain covers had not been changed since the pool/ (hotel) was opened. S. Hegler completed new PDSC form while EHS on-site. New PDSC form faxed to K. Wilson (MCHD) while EHS on site & EHS obtained original. |
