General CommentsIt is important that the mop sink outside be repaired. The waste water dumped into the mop sink cannot flow onto the ground outside the sink. EHS did not observed the mop sink in use during the inspection but the facility should be aware that dumping mop water onto the ground is prohibited. It needs to be disposed of using an approved method. Since one side of the mop sink is in disrepair, it is no longer curbed and able to retain water as it would if were whole.
