2-103.11(O) Ensure food employees are informed of their responsibility to report required symptoms, illnesses and exposure.-PF For more information on employee health policy, please visit: https://health.mecknc.gov/envhealth/food-and-facilities-sanitation. EHS asked food employee questions about employee health policy and employee could not answer what symptoms and illnesses were required to be reported. PIC stated employees do not receive training upon employment. CDI: EHS provided education to employee on required symptoms and illnesses and directed employee to posted employee health policy on PIC’s office to reference if they have questions. Also discussed importance of training employees on health policy to PIC. |
