Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).- Observed loose toilet seats in girl restroom B hallway. Observed broken toilet covered with black plastic bag in classroom C-1 restroom. Also observed slow draining at hand sink in classroom C-3. Repair or replace needed. All fixtures shall be kept in good repair. |
