Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed 1 stained ceiling tile outside of room A146 (music classroom). Observed tissue stuck to ceiling in boys restroom located across from C-hallway.
