4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - EHS observed the door handle of the freezer in poor repair. PIC said they had maintenance performed on the freezer and that the workers broke it. PIC has a work order in on the handle. Repair handle as to maintain all equipment in good repair. |
