4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - The hot water sanitizing dish machine constantly dumps water out of it even when its not running a cycle. PIC said they have to turn it off when not in-use, or it will deplete all the hot water. PIC has a work order in on it and a maintenance man recently came out to service it. Repair dish machine so that it is in proper adjustment and good repair. |
