The can opener was the older, unapproved model. Based on the states guidance, number 10 can openers must be easily disassembled with basic tools. The previous model is no longer approved. EHS showed PIC the number 10 can openers that have a grenade style pull pin that are now approved. PIC took a picture of the correct style and then pulled the old one off the prep table to be replaced.
