Observed PIC with no CFPM during inspection. PIC stated that general manager has certificate but is not scheduled to come into work today. No other employees with CFPM during inspection. |

3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed buckets of pickles stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. PIC stated he normally puts up on shelving, did not have room when the pickles arrived to facility. CDI- buckets of pickles moved onto shelving during inspection. |
