EHS advised facility to store employee dishes separate from dishes and utensils used for retail. Facility is maintaining the tcs foods within temp from cooking to serving. They are not using TPHC. EHS spoke with the office staff regarding making customers aware during ordering and posting during the event, the consumer advisory with asterisk when undercooked proteins or on the menu for their event.
