General CommentsFacility has 10 days to repair or replace prep cooler. Recommend having a/c repaired in facility also, as coolers are not designed to operate well in above average ambient temps, Observed 90 degree ambient kitchen temp that may be contributing to difficulty of cooler cold holding.

Needs replacing with commercial approved approved utensil. 4-205.10 Ensure equipment other than toasters, mixers, microwaves, water heaters and hoods is ANSI certified or equivalent.Observed wall racks above front area handwash sink made of wood, needs replacing with commercial, approved racks and brackets.

Observed the following: mssing ceiling tile in restroom needs replacing, damaged wall in restroom needs repair/ repainting, missing electric covers on wall by prep table and behind 2 door fridges need installing, there is a 8" strip/ gap in the FRP with exposed wood and electrical conduit/ receptacle where a wall has been removed, needs proper repair & conduit/ receptacle installation. Observed a few damaged ceiling tiles and an FRP covered acoustic ceiling tile with the FRP peeling from the ceiling. 6-201.13 Provide a wall to floor joint that is sealed and coved when flood cleaning methods are used. Observed cove base needing to be installed on side wall next to 3 compartment sink along length of wall. 6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Observed ceiling return vents over two door fridge with dust build up needing cleaning.
