Product placed into unit 09/20/21 to thaw. Ambient temp of unit 45F. PIC contacted service repair during inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded product. Facility is not to use walk-in cooler for TCS foods until repaired. EHS will return within 10 days to verify facility repaired cooler and properly holding temperature. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
