3-501.13 Use approved thawing methods. Observed 2 packages of hot dogs at 54F thawing submerged in water in the 3 compartment sink. Per CSR hot dogs have been in the sink since noon. Thaw products using an approved method such as thawing under refrigeration, under running water (less than 70F) or as part of the cooking process. CDI-hot dogs were voluntarily discarded. |
