NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #13 - Observed cleaning needed in single-service article container in toddler classroom. **Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2809 (8), .2814 (a) and (b). #22 - Observed no paper towels present in toddler restroom. **Disposable towels shall be provided at all hand washing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (d). #23 - Observed large vinyl toy being stored in restroom of toddler classroom. **Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #27 - Observed water spray bottle without labeling in 2's and 3/4's classroom. **All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). #30 - Observed container of bulk soap being stored in low cabinet behind child safety lock in toddler classroom.
