15A NCAC 18A .1823 (c ) Ice used for room service shall be manufactured from a water supply that complies with 15A NCAC .1700 rules and 15A NCAC 18C rules and shall be stored and handled in a manner so as to prevent contamination. Observed ice machines red and yellow buildup on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Note: Floors 3 and 4 are closed down. There are 82 rooms total and approximately 20 rooms on each floor. Checked 6 rooms. |
