Observed five chubs of ready to eat deli meat to include: ham, turkey, deli chicken missing date mark. Also observed open bag of commercially prepared falafel without date mark. CDI: PIC voluntarily discarded chubs of deli meat and falafel that he was not aware of discard date and placed date marks on items that were opened yesterday or today. |
