2-301.12. Follow the cleaning procedure to adequately wash your hands. Use warm water, soap, scrub 15 secs, rinse, and dry without recontaminating hands. -P. Employee washing hands at far hand sink near entry less than 15 seconds before putting on gloves. Employee did use soap and papertowels as required, and did wash hands appropriately on other four hand washings observed.
