Observed majority of the walk in cooler holding at 41F or below. Some items in the cooler were holding above 41F. Spoke to the owner about the unit and he explained that the humidity and the fans were effecting the temperature of the unit. A VERIFICATION VISIT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS TO ENSURE THE UNIT IS HOLDING PROPERLY AT 41F OR BELOW. |
