5-403.12 Drainage and other nonsewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. - Observed wastewater discharging from AC unit water lines sticking out of the exterior wall of the facility into plastic containers. Wastewater should be discharged into an approved plumbing system. Repair plumbing system to allow for proper disposal of wastewater. REPEAT |

15A NCAC 18A .1827(a) There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. - Observed small trash cans stored underneath AC units on the exterior of each room to catch water dripping from units. Remove trash cans as undrained areas create mosquito breeding places. REPEAT |
