Observed broken glass bottle on pool deck 8 ft from pool edge. CDI: CPO swept and vacuumed area to ensure no glass was left behind. No glass containers signs are posted and no glass appears to have fallen into the pool. EHS spoke with management to ensure that they prohibit glass at the pool deck.
